Yumm...花卷





花卷: Adapted from Joy the Baker

For the Dough:
a little more than 1 tsp of yeast
3c flour
1c warm milk
1/4c sugar
1/4c vegetable oil


For the Glaze:
3 tbs chopped scallions, green part only
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tbs sesame oil
